Traditional Chinese Medicine is a type of medicinal practice that has over 5000 years of history, originating from ancient Chinese times. TCM considers the laws of nature, the environment around us and the natural physical response of our body to help create a balance in our body in order for the body to heal itself. The common methods of TCM treatment are: use of Herbal medicines, Acupuncture, Tui Na/ Massage, Cupping and Qi Gong.
2) Where do you make your products?
All Serenity (5erenity2) TCM Beauty skincare products are made in Singapore. Our manufacturing facility in Singapore is GMP compliant, working closely with our partners to create unique and high quality skincare that you can trust.
We also source some of our beauty tools worldwide from reputed distributors. If you have any suggestion or feedback on the types of beauty tools you would like to see more of, please drop us a note here.
3) How do I know that your products are natural & safe?
Our sourced ingredients are from natural sources and made without parabens, synthetic fragrances, phthalates or sulfates.
The herbs used in our skincare are natural and of highest medicinal grade. All ingredients are approved and certified by Singapore’s HSA(Health Sciences Authority) to ensure its natural, free of heavy metals and other toxic matter or additives.
We only use the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world to ensure the best efficacy for our products.
4) What if I have sensitive skin?
Our skincare does not contain parabens, synthetic fragrances, phthalates or sulfates. We do use a variety of herbs that are combined to give the optimum efficacy. Some people might also be allergic to certain herbs. We will suggest you do a test patch if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if necessary.
